trusting my intuition and manifesting my luck

For a long time, my life was defined by hustle. From attending college and working 3 jobs to pay for it, to taking on as many side gigs as I could while working full-time to save up for a house, to starting multiple business ventures while I traveled around the world with my now husband, Carlos. I’d spent my life prioritizing work and going a million miles a minute to chase success.

But when I became a mother, my priorities and definition of success changed.

I realized I wanted different things out of life now – for both myself and my family. I wanted to focus on what mattered most to us. I couldn’t “do it all.” I had to adjust to my new reality and learn to trust my newfound intuition that was screaming at me to SLOWWW DOWNNN.  My aspirations didn’t dwindle down to nothing – they just evolved to include my life’s latest work – motherhood.

Shortly after my son turned 1, I quit my sales job to become a Stay-At-Home-Mom – a huge change from my previous life of nonstop hustle. Not to mention, a sizeable decrease in our income. But we felt it was a worthwhile investment. Now I get to be a fully present mother while also pursuing my latest whims (a.k.a. my Projects). One of those projects being this website, a digital flagship where my passions collide: business, travel, and family (among other things). I document my thoughts, my processes, and my life happenings while working on other projects in the background, such as writing my upcoming book: Manifest Your Luck: A Guide to Creating Your Own Luck and Unlocking Your Dreams.

Most days, you can find me at our home in Las Vegas chasing down a wild toddler, or taking him to a music class, the park, or the library. During nap time, I’m usually writing, planning a family trip, working on one of my many projects, or reading the book linked in the sidebar –>

Thanks for reading this far and joining me on this adventure called life – even if it is just a teeny tiny corner of the internet I call home, or rather, the “About” page 🙂 I’m so lucky you’re here! If there’s anything I can help you with or if you’d just like to reach out, head over to my Contact page. And remember, maybe there’s no such thing as luck… 😉
